Galletti (Water Cracker)
Thin, hard and brittle, the water cracker is a smaller version of the Ship’s biscuit. A crackling sound occurs while baking, hence the name. We have been producing the water cracker for over 40 years. New innovative methods have been adapted, however we still produce the same quality biscuit that was produced when we first started out.
Enjoyed by everyone, alone or served with a platter of cheese and salamis, before or after a meal, Galletti (water crackers) are served at restaurants, bars and found in every house on the island.
Available in 70g and 400g.
