Our Story
Early Days
Born in 1908, Pio Brincat followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the family business. Established in Qormi (Città Pinto), well-known for it’s healthy supply of bakers, the family produced ‘Galletti’ (Ship’s Biscuits).
Equipped with a stone oven, dedication and passion, daily production supplied a large part of the population with traditional Galletti from the little bakery in Qormi.
