Brinc’s Biscuits Co. Ltd
For the past 150 years, dedication and ambition has kept the Brincat family baking Maltese traditional biscuits. Great care has been taken to keep the original recipes, which have been handed down through generations.
In 1992, the youngest brother of the family, Francis Brincat and his wife, set out to establish Brinc’s Biscuits Co. Ltd., bringing with him years of experience and knowledge in baking biscuits, acquired from working in the family business from a very young age. With an established range of products ranging from Ottini, Fingers, Lemon Rings and Qaghaq tal-Hmira (sweet fermented dough product), Brinc’s began to make a name for themselves.
