The Bakery Grows

With business going strong and manufacturing methods improving, a more efficient way was needed to keep up with demand, hence the investment in machinery to produce Galletti. Purchased between the eldest brother and the rest of the Brincat family it was more than enough to supply demand. With improvement in the production process, more free time was available to explore new ideas and new products were developed.

And so the Galletti as we know them today came about. From the Traditional large Galletta (Ship’s Biscuit) a smaller version was created, not much more than two inches in diameter. The Islands loved it…
